As of January 1, 2008, the RCHA has adopted a new registration policy. Owners will no longer receive individual
registration numbers, nor will they be required to pay a per-horse registration fee. However, owners WILL be required
both to pay an owner registration fee AND provide a list of their horses to prevent ineligible horses from competing. There
will be a list on the site of registered owners and their horses.
IMPORTANT: It may take up to two or three weeks for me to process your registration (the woes of being a full-time
college student). Once you have mailed in your registration, feel free to enter shows - you do not need to wait until I have replied
to your registration e-mail. Thanks!
